SGSProperty.com is based in the heart of Aberdeen. Our company specialises in property leasing and property management services for the private property rental sector. We have 50 properties belonging to the company, offering properties from north Scotland to as far south as Doncaster, with holiday lets available in Bulgaria.

Our aim is to provide a one stop friendly service to prospective tenants and landlords for property residential letting and commercial units.

We aim to provide the highest standard of service and a personal commitment is given to our ever expanding client base.

No registration fees are charged, the fees are only applicable after we are successful in leasing/finding rented accommodation.

We offer two main packages for prospective landlords. The first being a Tenant Finding Service and the second being a Full Property Management Service for your property.
