An automatic pilot is an electronically operated control unit ensuring accurate following of a set course, without any further action being taken by the helmsman. Keeping the boat on course by continous (over)steering becomes unnecessary be installing an automatic pilot. The Vetus automatic pilot is suitable for motorboats, sailing yachts and smaller commercial craft. All installation components for connection to a hydraulic steering system are available.
