All gas and electrical appliances are regularly serviced and tested.
These tests are carried out every 6 months by our independent contractors.
Our Corgi Registered gas agent fully qualified to work on commercial
equipment and our NEICC electrical contractor.
Test certificates for all are available for inspection.
We annually build all the kitchens in Marquees at "T" in the Park, one serves
3,500 meals per day another serves over 1,000 artistes per day.
These are built with stand alone appliances and include Food preparation,
Dishwashing and Service counters, plus the refrigeration.
