All Michael Wares Cater Hire Kitchen Units have been manufactured to the
highest possible standards. Fire, health and safety and environmental health
have been consulted at all stages during construction. The best possible
equipment has been installed and fitted by highly trained kitchen engineers.
No expense has been spared. Heavy-duty stainless steel, stelvitite, food safe
wipe clean walls and ceilings and non-slip floors ensure that you can hire a
kitchen with complete confidence.
Delivery is undertaken by one of Scotland’s leading jackleg unit hauliers. Hyab
crane lorries ensure that the unit is sited correctly, and, provided the
necessary services are available, each unit is connected and commissioned
ready for use – often within one hour of arrival on site
.
Our sevice engineer network and our national Calor account ensure smooth
running during the hire period.
Extra equipment can easily be installed in any of our units. Michael Wares
himself is a caterer of some 30 years experience. Advice is readily available
so please do not hesitate to ask.
We offer a free site survey, planning, and design and quotation service.
All Michael Wares Units are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and
hygiene at least consistent to those required by Environmental Health regulations, and to this end, are thoroughly cleaned at the termination of each hire.
A charge equivalent to one days hire is made to enable us to perform this
service. However, MichaelWares Cater Hire reserves the right to levy an extra
charge for the purpose where the condition of a returned unit demands it.
