It is the policy of DONTAUR ENGINEERING LIMITED to provide its customers with products which fulfil their specified requirements and are fit for their intended purpose. Our aim is to be fully competitive in terms of price and delivery and superior in terms of quality when compared with other subcontract engineering companies.

The following principles must be applied throughout the Company:-

1	Full commitment of all Management to this Quality Policy, allied to an active involvement in Quality improvements.

2	The understanding by all employees of the long term importance of achieving customer satisfaction by providing a consistently high quality of product and service.

3	An appreciation that consistent production quality can only be achieved by ensuring control at each stage of the process.

As well as obtaining BS EN ISO 9002 in June 1989, Dontaur Engineering has also obtained the Quality Schedule QAS 3640/65 in September 1992 (see Appendix for further information on this schedule). The Company also holds BAE/AG/QC/SC1 PART 1 British Aerospace Approval and Bombardier Aerospace QD4.6-40 Approval.

Statical Process Control is also fully implimented.
