Safety Signs...

Obstacles in the course of escape routes, e.g. pillars, that may cause a risk of collision, are to be marked with warning strips.
In all situations where certain actions or behaviours can be dangerous or cause risks, prohibition signs must be used to forbid
these actions or behaviours to reduce the risks.

Fire Action notices give clear instructions, to all staff and public, of the correct procedures in case of an emergency. Fire Action notices should be prominently mounted in key locations, e.g. Above fire alarm call points, reception areas, lifts etc.

It is vital that all doors within escape routes are kept clear, and that they are easily accessible at all times whilst the building is occupied. These fire safety instruction signs clealy highlight the relevant fire doors, as well as the procedures to follow.
