EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

ID

You must bring valid ID with you - IDs must be photographic eg Passport, Driving Licence.

The following are acceptable forms of ID at T in the Park:

UK Driving License

Valid Passport

Identification card bearing the PASS (Proof of Age Standard Scheme) hologram

Young Scot Card

Citizen Card

Validate UK Card

Portman Group Card

Please use lockers (more info here) to keep them safe at night. If you don't want to bring your passport etc use a PASS ID. See PASS for more details.

TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS

Campers will be issued with a wristband on arrival

You need your ticket at all times and if camping, your wristband too. Checks will be in place all weekend. Failure to present a valid ticket along with a camping wristband at any time could result in you being asked to leave the event. Please keep them safe

Tickets and wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances

Campers will be asked to show wristbands and tickets every time they move between the campsite and the arena

Look after your ticket if it is damaged or wet and is not in a suitable condition to be scanned properly you may be refused entry. If you are camping, please use the plastic ticket wallet sent with your tickets to keep your ticket safe and do not fold your ticket across the barcode.

Only campers can move between the arena, campsite and car parks.

You cannot go in and out of the arena with a non-camping ticket, so if you leave the arena (even to go to the car park) you will not be able to get back in.

TICKET ID

All tickets will have the name of the individual who paid for the tickets on them. We assume you will only be purchasing tickets for yourself, but if someone else paid for your ticket (i.e. your mum/dad etc) we will expect you to know their contact details and address. Please bring proof of ID with you as we will be doing spot checks on tickets and if you do not know the details of the person who paid for your ticket you run the risk of being ejected from the site.
