All products attract a full manufacturers warranty and we aim to provide a 24-hour turnaround on receipt of your order.

Installation instructions are provided and they need to be closely followed so that you can make certain that your product functions properly and safely.  We also confirm that some technical understanding and skill may be required.

Our aim is total Customer Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the your on-line purchase, simply return it to us immediately. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.  A 25% re-stocking fee will apply unless the item is faulty.  If you have any problems, comments or queries we would be pleased to hear from you, and will do everything we can to help you.
There is one year warranty for all products. A second year warranty is offered on all security equipment installed by ACA Ltd. If a maintenance contract is entered into with Access Control Automation Ltd.
