Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us immediately. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being returned unused and in its original condition and packaging. However, if you decide to return a product, we will not refund the postage costs, that is the customer's responsibility.

Online Ordering & Security
Shopping with Magnetic Innovations is safe. We use industry-standard technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card details and your name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and encrypts them into bits of code that are then transmitted over the Internet.

If you are still unsure about sending your credit or debit card details to us over the Internet, you can complete the order form online, leave the credit or debit card number box empty, select OTHER as the payment method and include your daytime contact telephone number. Upon receipt of your order, one of our customer service representatives will telephone you (normally the following working day) for your credit or debit card number.

Billing and Prices
Unlike many other Internet retailers, we only take payment on the day we despatch your order. You will normally receive your goods within 5 - 8 working days from when we receive your order. All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds. All prices include postage and packing, but are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Returns
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 working days and Magnetic-Innovations will refund the full purchase price including p & p. However, if you have decided that you don't want the product, we will refund the price of the product, but postage and packaging costs are your responsibility.

Any product you return must be returned complete, in clean condition and in its original packaging. Please allow up to 21 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed and refunded.

Cancellations and Alterations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please call us on 023 8090 8193 (during office hours), or email sales@magnetic-innovations.co.uk. We advise you to email us immediately, or call us between 09:00 and 10:00, to stand the best chance of catching us before your order is processed. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible.

If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems. If we have already sent your order, we will still refund your purchase, although you will have to pay the postage and packing costs.

Complaints Procedure
We are confident that you will be happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the performance of either the Water-mag, Beer-mag or 'Emission Master', please call us on 023 8090 8193 during office hours, or email us at info@magnetic-innovations.co.uk. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible. We will do everything we can to quickly resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction.

Website Errors
We take great care to ensure the information and prices on this website are accurate and current. However, no matter how carefully we check it, errors do occasionally slip through. Any errors discovered will be corrected as soon as we become aware of them.

In the unlikely event that a website error affects your order, we will contact you before we process your order to discuss the matter. If you discover any errors after we have processed your order, you are of course welcome to cancel your order and return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
