	Aluminium See-through Grille Very versatile and popular see-through shutter for bars, restaurants, shop windows, garage and industrial uses. PVC VENTOLITE GRILLE PVC See-through Grille One of the most common grilles used for Bars. SPECIFICATION: Curtain - PVC gothic style injection moulded links threaded onto 1/4" - 6mm aluminium rods. To ensure smooth running in the guides, self lubricating pvc rod rollers with special domed

locking caps hold the rollers and links in position. Steel rods can be used for extra strength and security. Guides - Extruded aluminium in silver anodised finish 'U' section. Centre & Corner Posts with twin channels in opposition allow two curtains to be fitted into a large space, either in a straight run or at a 900 angle. Adjustable Corner Posts can be used for any angle between 800 and 1800 allowing installations in the most elaborate settings. 	TIMBER SHUTTERS Beautiful craftsman made timber roller shutters designed to give that quality feel to bars. receptions and display areas etc. Manufactured in pine, oak, ramin, ash, cherry, mahogany and many more. Supplied ready for staining by yourselves or can be stained and polished by our craftsmen. SPECIFICATION: Curtain - 43mm deep slats with widths available upto 2900mm. Wider applications can be catered for with centre posts which can permanent or removable by means of locating plugs and bolts. The shutter curtain can be adapted by inserting Brickbond Punched Slats or a made-up Tube & Link section of curtain, where a mix of solid and see-through security required.

Fire Rated Shutters BLAZEGUARD 2-4 Hr Fire Resistant BS 476: 1987 - test report number TE92440 For total solid protection against the ravages of fire, with ratings of up to 4 hours. Manually or electrically operated. The shutter can be alarmed and activated with timed delays, together with battery backed up audible or visual warning equipment. The fire protection range also includes special smoke seals and fire-resistant doorsets. SPECIFICATION: Curtain: 75mm traditional curved 0.9 guage galvanized slats/curtain. Guides: Galvanized channel sections are attached to a windbar guide arrangement. As one fixed unit, these are then attached to a supporting structural galvanized angle with slotted wall fixings for fire expansion.

Endplates: 5mm galvanized steel plate cleated to suit a fire canopy and fasia. Endplates are also slotted for fire expansion. Bottom Rail: Constructed of a twin angle arrangement complete with quirk strip. Barrel: Constructed of an EDW tubular hollow section which comprises of a wall thickness to stop deflection. This is fitted with an internal spring clutch system that is mounted onto a 25mm bright steel shaft. Fire Activation Devise: In a fire situation the fusible mechanism releases at 72 degrees centigrade which then activates the drop bar unit that is fitted within the guide assembly and allows the door to close.
