Radio Hire
Two way radio hire (with chargers) at cost.

Trained personnel to control traffic into and out of the showground.
This is intended to ensure the smooth flow of traffic, minimising
any inconvenience to both visiting public and residents alike.
Car Park Personnel - This prevents unnecessary traffic movement.
- Show
Entry / Exit Control
To provide protection for ticket sellers handling sums of cash.
Escort cash to organisers caravan, office etc.
Record number of visitors coming through the gate, giving the organisers
an accurate indication of revenue.
Perimeter patrols to minimise valuable revenue being lost by members
of the public getting in over the fence.
Trade Gate Control. Inspecting passes and ensuring only traders
who have paid to book on, gain entry to the showground.

Time Patrols
Uniformed guards to show presence around the ground. This minimises
any unsavoury characters stealing from the stall holders.
- Trade
Gate Control
Before the show, day and night control of the trade gate.
Setting up of ticket and pass control.
Setting up of traders holding areas.
Control of trade vehicle search area.
Reception and holding bay for the trader not booked in.
- Night
Patrols
Maintain Trade Gate Security throughout the night. This minimises
the risk of any unauthorised entry to (or exit from) the showground.
Foot and mobile patrols, with the use of spot lights, night scopes
and dogs where necessary.
This, in turn, gives added peace of mind to traders, thus encouraging
them to book with "Your Event".
Tent Guards for the BIG SHOW should traders request them.
- C.C.T.V.
All our "Special Events Unite" have CCTV available for
use by the organisers where necessary. This service is normally
provided at no charge.
- General
Duties Personnel
G.D. Personnel to assist the organisers' staff setting up / breaking
down the show ie.:
Laying out show ring, setting up / moving tents, moving bales of
hay, towing vehicles and assisting in gathering in the organisers
equipment after the show.
In short, anything that helps an "Event" run smoothly,
leaving the organises free to look after their guests and simply
"run the show".
