We are a well established family business that started Powder Coatings in 1987.

We have a very wide customer base from large multi nationals to the very smallest of companies. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 10.00pm.

Our pre-treatment includes iron-phosphate and standard de-greasing. We coat a wide variety of components from screw-heads, chisels, aluminium casting, cabinets, wrought ironwork, cutting tools, heavy galvanised steelwork plus many other components. We have three curing ovens, the largest taking over six metres.

What Is Powder Coating? Powder coating is the technique of applying dry paint to a part. The final cured coating is the same as a 2-pack wet paint. In normal wet painting such as house paints, the solids are in suspension in a liquid carrier.
