We carry out an extensive amount of domestic work from changing a light bulb to rewiring a whole street of houses. We can test and inspect any property and give a written report on the health and condition of the wiring and accessories, prior to a purchase, rent or just for the health and safety purposes. We carry out a lot of work on barn conversions, wiring them using modern switches and sockets or, alternatively the older toggle type to give an effect of a more mature property, we specialise in installing discreet lighting to enhance open beams and other such features. We fit all electrical heating systems such as; night storage, infra red,convector and warm air, we are fully conversant with all central heating systems, fully pumped, gravity feed, y plan, s plan to name a few. We carry out a lot of external work such as outside lights, garden ponds fully designed and installed, water features, garden sheds/workshops, driveway gates and electric garage doors all fully installed and running. We work closely with a loft conversion specialist, who invites us to wire the new rooms and install smoke alarms throughout the house. We are involved with kitchen refits where we alter the wiring and add new sockets and points for various appliances, fit under cupboard lighting new ceiling lighting and other similar requirements.
