In our tree area you will find a large selection of both fruit trees and ornamental trees as well as hedging conifers and a wide range of large specimen plants.

Only one UK Garden Centre in three grows fruit trees because of the view that fruit trees are difficult to grow, time consuming and also space consuming none of which is true.  These days fruit trees & bushes need take-up no more room than core shrubs and can be grown in the lawn as a specimen tree or in the shrub border. With the ever increasing range of container grown fruit trees such as Apples, Pears, Plums and Cherry’s stocked by ourselves planting can be carried out 12 months of the year.

We also carry a wide selection of ornamental trees from flowering Cherries, Silver Birch’s to Willows and many more which are stocked most of the year.  We can also order many varieties and sizes of both fruit and ornamental trees direct from here in the UK or from overseas in Holland & Italy.

By far the most popular conifer we sell is the Leylandii which is used in both hedging or as a quick growing specimen tree, we grow hundreds of Leylandii on site each year to keep up with the popular demand, growing both green and the golden verities in mainly 2 sizes 3ft and 5-6ft, we are also able to order larger specimens if required from here in England or imported from overseas.  Another Leylandii, ‘Golden Rider’, has also proven very popular due to its unique colour among hedging conifers, being of the brightest golden-yellow in colour, resistant to both sun scorch and wind burn and has a denser bushier growth habit, again we stock mainly two sizes 3ft and 4-5ft available all year round.

We also stock a large range of top quality specimen plants which have been directly imported from Italy including various conifers, trees, shrubs, palms and many many more.
