The
IWA administers a scheme a scheme underwritten by Lloyd's of London. Work carried
out by IWA approved companies has the benefit of Deposit Protection and an insured
guarantee for 10 years. Once a year questionnaires are sent to clients that
have used an IWA installer. Feedback from these questionnaires is used to gauge
customer satisfaction. From this we, as a company, get a satisfaction rating
or score.
If a company performs well and scores over 97% customer satisfaction, then the
IWA award them a merit award. J Paterson The Window Company are the only
IWA members to have achieved 5 merit awards in the last 5 years, which underlines
our quality of service.
Mr
Paterson says, "If a customer has several quotes from window companies
that are all IWA approved, this puts us pretty much on an even keel - but the
benefit my customers have is that they can request to see questionnaires filled
in from my previous clients which have been vetted by the IWA - as we have a
top scoring record, this puts us a cut above the rest, I also encourage customers
to telephone the IWA to see for themselves."
