At Family Cars we are different to most used car dealers - we are a family run business that is friendly to our customers.

We offer a very high level of service. We really DO care about our customers. We want them to tell their friends and so we do the job right. Our reputation is very important to us.

We are members of the Retail Motor Industry Federation which means we are monitored by the federation to keep up standards. We are also in the Federation Of Small Businesses who also set standards to be adhered to.

Most of all we treat you as we would like to be treated ourselves. We try to give good advice when you buy a car and we back it up with a 30 day exchange plan if you are not happy with the car for whatever reason (subject to the vehicle being of a saleable condition).

Our cars are supplied with an Equifax H.P.I. Report to check they haven't been stolen or involved in a major accident, and to check for any outstanding Hire Purchase that may exist on them.

We also provide an Equifax mileage check to verify that the mileage is correct.

All our cars come with a warranty, sales service and thorough on-site check. They are fully valeted inside and out.
