Specifications
Frames
	All frames are made from 2" x 2" planed spars. These are set at 20"-30" centres.
Floor
	Floors are constructed from 19mm T&G floorboards. Larger floor spars are available at additional cost.
Cladding
	Standard cladding is 14mm T&G ship-lap. We can also supply 19mm ship-lap or 19mm log-lap at additional cost. Tanalised timber and thicker cladding on request, subject to additional cost at time of order.
Roof
	Roof boarding is from 12mm T&G ship-lap; this will comfortably take the weight of an adult. The roof is then covered in heavy-duty 35kg felt. We can also supply shingle effect felt at additional cost. Other roof-styles can be built at additional cost.
Door
	Standard doors are 30" wide and include a heavy-duty pad bolt. Double doors are 60", but we can make doors to any size. Tower bolts are included in the price of double doors. 5 lever mortice locks can be supplied at additional cost.
Height
	Apex style sheds are 6' to the eaves. Pent style sheds are 6' increasing to 6'6". We can make sheds to any height, please ask us for a quote.
Windows
	Windows are toughened safety glass and can be leaded on request. Perspex windows are standard on all children's playhouses.
Treatment
	All sheds are treated with wood preserver before leaving our premises. We have five available colours, Rustic Green, Cedar Red, Acorn Brown, Golden Brown, Dark Brown. We recommend you treat the shed on a yearly basis.

	Delivery times are discussed at time of order, based upon current order book levels.
