& CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payments
Payments can be made by cheques, postal orders, international money
order, or by direct debit. In addition, any credit cards in either the
Mastercard or Visa system, i.e. Visa Cards, Access Card, Mastercard,
Switch - Solo, JCB Cards and Eurocard are acceptable. Any credit card
purchases are liable to be levied a 3.0% extra charge on the overall
amount including postal charges. Please do not send personal cheques
in any currency other than £ Stirling. Eurocheques are acceptable
upto £200.00 limit without any further charges. Over that amount
an extra £12.00 has to be added to the value of the cheque to
cover clearance charges. Cash payments to be made by registered post
only. minimum purchase charge with a credit card is £25.00.
Return
Privilege - U.K. Customers
Our customers should be assured that our guarantee is unconditional
and if for any reason the item or items do not come completely up to
your satisfaction we should be informed by letter or telephone within
14 days of receipt of the goods that they are intended to be returned.
After this period it will be considered that all items are sold. Items
returned must be in the same condition as first delivered.
Terms
of Gold, Silver & Bronze used
This term is used purely to define the colouration, or the grade of
a certain award and does not imply, unless otherwise stated, that the
item is manufactured from pure gold, silver or bronze.
Lay
Away Plan
A lay away scheme to allow those of you who
want a particular item but may need a little time to acquire the finance
to afford it. For item or items with a total retail value of £250 or over, I offer a period of three months in which the item may be held
unit the full cash payment is settled. A deposit of 15% is required,
but the balance may be paid in however many stages (over the three months)
that suits your own pocket. Failure to complete the transaction within
the allowed time will bring about the forfeit of the deposit.

All renewals will be at the following rate:-
Overseas air mail £12.00 for four copies.
U.K. inland £10.00 for four copies.
Overseas single copy air mail £3.00
U.K. single copy £2.50
All items on this list are guaranteed
100% original and have to have been manufactured during the third reich
period 1933/45.
Terms of Business
All cheques and postal orders to be made payable to M & T Militaria.
I Will reserve any item ordered by phone for a period of seven days,
for overseas customers this is fourteen days.

Small items, such as medals and insignia etc.1st class recorded delivery.

Small items by registered post (special delivery) £ 5 to £10.
Under 2 kilos.
Large items with a weight of over 2 kilograms by special delivery £18
Large heavier items by parcel force. £10. Add £2 for
compensation fee.
Postal charges for overseas. Please enquire when
ordering.
Guarantee
All items offered are guaranteed and are offered with a fourteen day
money back option, so long as they are recieved in the same condition
as sent.
Subscriptions
I offer four lists per year at a cost for U.K customers of £2.50
per single copy or £10 for a years subscription.
For oversea customers this is £3.00
per single copy of £12 per year
