Mirage can design and space plan using AutoCad R14 and provide 3D drawings with walkthrough designs using 3DSMax with all drawing being printed up to A0 size. When designing a layout we will take into account all the requirements from Building Control and the Fire Services, to make sure that the design will be both practical as well as functional.
Along with drawings, full budgets are produced and outline specifications of your projects.

However, the planning does not end there, with a full project planner, meetings with Building Control etc, are carried out on our clients behalf. If the client has already retained Contractors for electrics, plumbing etc, Mirage can project Manage the refurbishment leaving the client with one point of contract, allowing you to get on with your business, one which you do best and leaving us to manage ours, which we do best.
