All candles are 1/2" diameter x 41/2" length votive candles and NOT collecting candles.
All enquiries regarding your order should be directed to Henwood on

Please order your Christingle candles at least 10 working days before they are required for your Christingle service

PAYMENT
All orders MUST be accompanied by payment
Cheques should be made payable to Henwood Church Suppliers
Credit card payment(Access, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo or Mastercard) is only available with orders of 6 boxes or more of Christingle candles
In the unlikely event that an order must be cancelled, please telephone Henwood on 01303 245730 within 48 hours of placing the order. All orders not cancelled in this time will have to be paid for in full

DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched by Henwood within 48 hours of receipt of order
All orders should be opened immediately upon receipt
Henwood should be informed by telephone immediately of any incorrect or damaged order. Where appropriate, replacement orders will be dispatched within 72 hours
Henwood Church Supplies are ecclesiastical silversmiths, vestment makers and suppliers of wax candles, wine and altar breads. If you would like to help The Children's Society further, Henwood have agreed to pay The Children's Society 5% of the value of every subsequent order of Henwood products or services placed before November 1st, 2002.
