My name is Michael Beaumont and this is my family butchers, I have been a butcher for over thirty-five years and have developed an eye for quality meat. I am also the president of the Cambridge and district Master Butchers Association, and currently in my third year of office. Our products include a range of quality meats all chosen from local farms who comply with the organic ethos as close as possible, which includes the beef raised on my own farm in Wilbraham as well as pork and poultry from Wilbraham. We also stock a wide range of other products including cheeses and a selection of fine wines (including our own label).
