This softwood range of summerhouses look absolutely fabulous. We have a wide range of colours available to suit any garden. The hexagonal or octagonal shape fits so nicely into your favourite corner in the garden. These shapes also allow for maximum usage of space inside.

Made from hard-wearing European softwood, which can be stained or painted any combination of our fabulous garden colours from lavender, pastel greens and rusty reds. We particularly like the effect of a lighter shade of the colour, on the main body of the building, used on the doors, windows and fascia boards, as in our picture.

The Summerhouse is furnished with the finest leaded lights and brass fittings and fixtures. Inside, walls are clad with match boarding and floored with tongue and groove boarding

The Summerhouse is supplied with double, half glazed, joinery made doors and 2 joinery made windows. As with all our buildings, our softwood summerhouses are made top order and so can be tailored to your individual requirements.

General Specifications

Roof

35kg green mineralised felt is used as a standard finish on the roof. However Cedar Shingles can beautifully finish the summerhouse as well as offering a longer life i.e. no need to refelt the roof after it has weathered.

Sides

The sides are externally clad with Ex 16mm pine shiplap and are internally clad with Ex 16mm matchboarding. The framing is 50 x 38mm.

Doors & Windows

Doors and windows are all hand made with morticed and tenoned joints and glazed with leaded lights. Furnished throughout with fine brass fittings.

Floors

Built from planed tongue and groove Ex 19mm floor boarding, set on joists.

Price List

The prices below include delivery and erection anywhere on the UK mainland. A LEVEL base of either concrete or slabs is necessary to erect the building upon. Prices include the floor, leaded lights, treatment inside and out, a felt roof and 17.5% VAT.
