Fixing Instructions for Shelter Closure

Standardized shuttering device (1) for shelter doors, also wall shuttering can be used.

The door body with its frame, has to be placed vertically and wedged accurately to the wall shuttering boards (2) the door must not be separated from its frame.

The wall has to be cast first. The door should not be cast until the concrete in the wall is sufficiently cured. The door must be cast in the closed position.

A minimum gap of 4cm has to be provided between the top of the door body and the ceiling, and also between the bottom of the door body and the finished floor.
