Booking Procedure

We require a £50.00 non refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from your final balance, to secure your date.  As you can understand we have multiple requests for many dates.  We at Julia's, pride our selves on the individual attention given to the bride for her special day. Therefore we take only a limited amount of bookings per date.
On receiving the booking fee your date will be secure.

Arranging Consultation

Approximately 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding date we will hold your consultation. We have found by experience through the years that the majority of details are set in place, colours, bridal party amounts and function details, etc. we can then work together to make your dreams come true.

"The Damage"

We can work in different ways to suite your needs:
Design to your requirements   Cost for your specific requirements
              OR
You give us your spending details, colours and amounts needed and we will decided on flower content and style to accommodate your purse.
              OR
Maybe a bit of both

If you choose for us to design to your requirements, once we have held the consultation and we know exactly what you require.  We then contact our Dutch specialist wedding supplier to make sure of availability and price, after which we can then confirm "the damage"
Once the amounts are agreed by your selves, we require payment in full no later than three weeks Prior to the wedding date.

Note: Sunday/bank holidays weddings will incur an additional charge due to been out side normal shop opening hours.  This is based on time required.

Delivery

We can deliver your beautiful wedding flowers to one local address on the day free of charge. If outside the local area a small deliver charge will apply. Other address required will incur additional delivery charges.
