Flexi-valves offer a unique concept in valve design. The use of a spherical disc and newly developed internal geometry has resulted in a reliable and competitively priced valve.

Flexi-valves are available in a wide range of sizes, materials and mounting configurations including: Bulkhead, Flanged, In-line and wafer pattern. Flexi-valves are used on Rigid, Semi-rigid and Flexible tanks, Pipelines, Hoses and a wide variety of static and mobile applications.

Flexi-valves are manufactured from: Polypropylene - used widely in the food and chemical industries. LDPE/HDPE - used for low temperature and refrigeration requirements. Aluminium - for general industrial use. Stainless steel - for applications needing the ultimate durability in hostile environments. Polyester Coated - optional on aluminium units to provide durability of aluminium but preventing product contact with metal.

Flexi-valves can be made lockable in the open or closed position to prevent accidental operation. The Safelok also ensures the valve is used without confusion.

V50 Flexi-valve with integral anti-vac probe to avoid flexible tank material covering outlet on discharge.	V60 Flexi-valve 2 1/2" nominal bore fitted with 2 1/2" BSP stainless steel male connector and stainless steel hose end connector.

V60 Dispensing Assembly

Flexi-valves also form part of an integrated dispensing assembly designed and manufactured by Western Tooling for use on membrane sealed glands. This unit comprises a Flexi-valves with a cutter carrier attached and outer guide which screws into the gland, this ensures efficient and clean dispensing of contents. This unit is also available in a range of sizes and materials to fit all types of glands
