The accommodation comprises: Master bedroom with Queen-sized double bed, dressing table, bedside drawers, hairdryer, walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room with his 'n' hers washbasins.
Two further bedrooms, each with twin beds.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee percolator, toaster...........in fact everything you need, right down to the electric tin opener.

Beautifully styled lounge featuring cathedral ceiling, love seat, easy chair, sleeper sofa, colour TV with cable channels,, and views onto the pool. Dinning area with seating for six. Additional seating for four in the 'nook' adjacent to the kitchen.
Bed linen and towels are provided. You also have the use of a telephone and local calls are free - just the job for checking out the local scene.

A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are at your disposal too. (Not everybody's idea of essential holiday items, but they're there if you want them, along with a cot and highchair.) And as you'd expect there's a double garage.

Outside, you have a screened swimming pool (which can be heated if required) and good- sized fenced gardens laid to lawn.
Plus of course sun loungers, patio table and chairs.

Rest and Recreation.

Sunshine Villas residents are also free to enjoy the complex's recreational facilities. These include tennis, basketball and softball, as well as a children's playground and a fitness trail.
For the less energetic, there's the lure pool, with its loungers and cabana. Built-in barbecues invite you to beat McDonalds at their own game, while the banks of their neighbouring lake and fishing dock provide the perfect place to stroll off those extra holiday pounds.

So much to see. So much to do.

At Sunshine Villas you're literally minutes from many of the area's biggest attractions (see map) and just 1-1 1/2 hours from some of Florida's finest beaches.
For day-to-day shopping, the local Publix supermarket should provide all you need.

For a night on the town, take your pick from the endless parade of restaurants that line the nearby 192 highway. Or sample the delights of Disney World Village on Buena Vista Lakeside or lively nightlife of Pleasure Island.
